Hi to all,
first of all I want to express my oppinion that VirtualBox seems to be a
fine piece of software with a great potential.
But I am missing something essential: It seems to be impossible to clone
a snapshot! So there is no way to fork developments and no easy way to
copy/distribute some work.
It is not that it is impossible, the virtual machine does it (it
overlays the original vdi with the snapshot vdi). I is only so that
VBoxManage can not do it (yet). It says:{Cloning differencing VDI images
is not yet supported...
Can something be said if and when this feature will be implemented?
