After the guest addition install, it boots up much faster. I get a video 
device not set up correctly error which I dismiss and then works fine. 
Running the mouse batch program will temporarily make the mouse work in and 
out of the window.

Most telling, however: A program which took 15 minutes to get its picture up 
under Qemu worked a a minute or so in VIrtual Box. Can't complain about that. 
It never succeded with WINE.

So, with a few quirks, VirtualBox certainly does support Win98.

BTW, I noticed ReactOS is listed as not working. Maybe I will try it but lie. 
Call it Windows and see what happens :-)
