Ok, this is a typo, we will fix that. Of course /etc/init.d/vboxdrv
is meant.

Hmm, could you check if the vboxdrv module is actually loaded
(lsmod | grep vboxdrv)?

How did you install VirtualBox? rpm -i or rpm -U?
