Ok, at least I can see that the vboxdrv module cannot be loaded because
the access to a Local APIC register fails. No idea why, I saw this the
first time.

I suggest you to change you kernel. We haven't tested VBox well on Xen-
enabled kernels, and it is possible that there is a problem.

Then you should not load kvm. Once you will be able to start a VM you
will get a message asking you to remove the module. VBox and KVM do not
play well together.
