Hello! I try to attach usb flash memory and usb printer to guest WinXP
on host Debian. The devices are seen by VBox but they are greyed out in
the menu. When working as root all is OK.

>From the command line it looks like that:

I tried to play with udev ownership-permissions for dev nodes, but it
seems not to solve the problem. Though I am not quite sure...
