on a more general topic than what i've been asking about lately, i
notice that vbox claims to have applications in the embedded space.
however, as i understand it, vbox deals only with virtualizing x86 on
x86, while the majority of embedded space typically uses non-x86
hardware such as ARM or powerpc or soft-core processors like, say, the
Altera NIOS II.

  in cases like that, what value would vbox have?  thanks.
