Thank you for your reply but I can't switch on the VT-x/AMD-V option 
because my CPU doesn't support it...
So I will be patient and maybe a day, these problems will be solved.
Maybe Theo de Raadt was a bit too aggressive about VirtualBox :-p and 
hurt the Vbox developpers...
