I have never used it really, but it's a programme you run in the command 
prompt and it allows for advanced configuration with your virtual 
machine(s). Some of the configuration can also be done in the gui, but most 
require command line usage. And as I'm new to command lines I'm not really 
able to offer specific help. The best reference I can point you to is 
chapter 8 of the help. Hope this helps.
