Just resume the guest. I've had this happen as well, where vbox paused the vm due to low RAM, but there was still enough RAM allocated to the vm, and free on the host. I resumed the machine, and that was that. There are times where I have this happen more than once per session, resuming the machine every time eventually solves this, and I get no more errors for that session. Hth.
