Hi all again,
we are still trying to access the serial port (actually the serial port
of a Sun Ray) of a Solaris machien from a WinXP guest without success
so far. ATZ in HyperTerminla gives me nothing. I now got the following
vbox-message:
Ioctl failed for serial host device
'/tmp/SUNWut/units/IEEE802.00144fa63a1d/dev/term/a'
(VERR_DEV_IO_ERROR). The device will not work properly.
Is anybody of you successfully using serial ports in a WinXP guest with
Solaris as the server OS? I just would like to know whether this is
worth more effort or if this just does not work yet!
