I have resolve my problem.
Yesterday I intalled VirtualBox 3 Sun instead virtualbox-ose-1.6.6 and I
tried to boot the guest OS from old vim-disk.
Probably I works incorrect.
Today I have removed the old VM and create new under VirtualBox 3 and
installed VirtualBox Guest Additions
very easy.
