i want to have all big files on an external disk (to not encumber my
internal disk and for back up policy reasons)
sometimes i use my computer with the external disk disconnected, and
i still need to use a VM
in a such case,
is it fine to just temporarily move the VM i need on the internal
disk, or may it cause problems with the VMs that are not accessibles ?
same question whether configuration files are on the external disk,
or only the virtual disks
