You can make a screenshot from VM:

i can't if it is starting or if it has crashed, for example
that's why i asked for doing it with VB, not with the guest

but no mater, it'll go with host's features :-)

To pause your VM, use from VirtualBox menu: Machine -> Pause (Host +P)

i know, but i have to be very quick !
no way to make a restart / pause without any delay, in one operation ?

hi :-)

is it possible to ask VB to make a screenshot from a given VM, or have
i to use host features to do it ?

I confused screenshot and snapshot, and i took a snapshot thinking it
would be a screenshot

how to repair it please ? :-)

i would like
- don't lose the curent state
- take a screenshot from a given snapshot without run it (besause if
it is run it will lose the curent screen)

is it possible to make a copy of the snapshot (in case where i run it
without wanting that) ?
