I have win xp running as a guest on top of ubuntu for the purpose of being able to sync my skycaddie.
I tell virtualbox to pass the skycaddie usb device through to xp and initially xp sees it and the initial data is read successfully from the skycaddie, but when I go tell the skycaddie software to download data back onto the skycaddie, it always gets an error and says it cannot find the device anymore (vbox still shows it as connected). i had the same problem when i tried kvm. anyone out there who has had better luck? _______________________________________________ vbox-users mailing list vbox-users@virtualbox.org http://vbox.innotek.de/mailman/listinfo/vbox-users
