The differences between 11.1, 11.2 and 11.3 are minimal to non-existent
 as far as VirtualBox is concerned.
When it breaks, it's normally due to a kernel API change. I test the
latest vanilla kernels and post a heads up so the developers have
advanced notice.
Where VirtualBox scores over the others is that the developers are swift
to react.
