CC a copy of all e-mails to a designated account

Hi!

can someone help me on how to configure this?

Let say I have the following pop accounts

user1
user2
user3
user4
user5

I need to cc all e-mails designated for user2,user3,user4,user5 to
user1; while they still recieve their individual e-mails.

I tried playing around with the .qmail but it does not seem to work.

here's what I have entered at the .qmail file
&[EMAIL PROTECTED]
./Maildir/

Is the above correct?
can someone help me on this?
