How to catch stray mail?

Hi,

A quick, simple (hence probably dumb) question: how do you set an account in vpopmail to be the account that all stray mail goes to?

eg. If I have domain.com I want [EMAIL PROTECTED] to catch all stray mail instead of bouncing from undefined virtual email addresses.
