I assume you're using qmail, in which case you'd create a file such
as ~vpopmail/domains/stu.madison.tec.wi.us/.qmail-bugs containing
something like this:
|/usr/local/bin/ttsystem
Read the man page for dot-qmail(5) for some more info.
