File permission error

Hi, I've seen this a few times on the mailing list, but found no answer.

I am having a few users reporting errors similar to this

file permission error
/home/vpopmail/domains/team.drunkenstudents.co.uk/postmaster/Maildir/9913285
10.qw

Any ideas?
