Alex,
Try using a : instead of @ in the email address for login to the pop3 server
(ie nix:hosting2000.com instead of [EMAIL PROTECTED])
That should resolve your problem

I'm not sure which is to blame here, or really where to start.. So I'll
start with the nicest bunch of people first ;)
Seems for some reason netscape ver 4.60/.61 when you put [EMAIL PROTECTED]
as the pop account name decides to throw 1/2 the information to popup
daemon. Or.. the popup daemon for someone reason is malfunctioning only when
netscape clients hit it. or.. vpop is hanging on something netscape says?
logs show:
Jul 3 16:19:19 k2 vpopmail[23794]: [ID 825765 mail.notice] vchkpw: password
fail username@:my.silly.ip.address
So where when what is broken.. I tend to think it's netscapes fault for
knocking off everything past the @ sign?
