[vchkpw] virtual domain separator

Hello ,

I would like to know if the virtual domain separator is easilly configurable.
I would like to add a virtualdomain separator like :
user!domain

because I've to change from vpop3d to vpopmail, and there are undred of users. So I can't conatct each of them to tell to change their login
from
user!domein
to
user%domain.

Is that possible via configuration
or have I to hack the source and recompile vpopmail ??
