[vchkpw] Incorrect Time

Hi.         the date of the outgoing mail is ok, but the time is totally incorrect, when my clients check for mails on their outlook/eudora,etc, the date of the mail is ok but the time is incorrect, the server time is ok, anyone knows why ???     Thank you     Lucas G.
