Yah, I'd still like to see what the ouput of ps -ax | grep 
qmail-lspawn is.

If it's not qmail-lspawn ./Maildir/ then that is the problem.

ps -ax | grep qmail-lspawn

Warning: bad syntax, perhaps a bogus '-'? See
