Thank you, Aaron ! The problem has been solved. It is because of the Microcode Level of the CPU. The ESXi demands for the same Level of the Multi CPUs, so we need to check it before installation. If there are different levels, we could update the firmware of the BIOS. Otherwise, we will have to change one of the CPUs.
