Hi,
We got two problems.
I did as esx.README and the wiki suggested but got the following error:

2009-04-21 11:50:41|14883|15:15|reload|esx.pm:load(336)|Register Command:
/usr/lib/vmware-viperl/apps/vm/vmregister.pl --server 'esxi2' --username vcl
--password 'xjtudlc' --vmxpath '[VCL]/inuse/VM_ubuntu8/esx3-ubuntu-v0.vmx'
--operation register --vmname VM_ubuntu8 --pool Resources --hostname 'esxi2'
--datacenter 'ha-datacenter'
2009-04-21 11:50:44|14883|15:15|reload|esx.pm:load(339)|Registered:
|14883|15:15|reload| No host found with name esxi2.

Our DNS is configured and the 'esxi2' can be resolved. But we still got this
error.

Another problem is that we are not sure whether our NFS is configured
correctly.
/etc/exports:
/mnt/sdb/ *(rw,sync,no_root_squash)

the directory structure is: /mnt/sdb/[VCL]/golden/esx3-ubuntu-v0
Is it right?
