Absolutely, since (if this insanity really happens) it means that projects like VDR are effectively dead in the water :( I find it hard to believe that TV networks will be happy with invalidating every piece of DVB hardware sold to date (and selling now), but it will all come down to how much pressure MPAA and friends can bring to bear on them.
