iiuc, python-cpopen 1.2.3-2 was not declared the Obsoletes to override vdsm-ptyhon-cpopen python-cpopen 1.2.3-4 fixes it and since yesterday also available in f19. we'll merge http://gerrit.ovirt.org/#/c/20469/ soon to avoid such issues, try to reinstall it now
