  Modified:    src/java/org/apache/velocity/anakia AnakiaTask.java
  Added:       src/java/org/apache/velocity/anakia OutputWrapper.java
  Log:
  moved to using the OutputWrapper class which fixes some stylesheet
  issues.
  
  also attempt to make sure that we are passing in the right encoding
  values
