I would like to see that happen. I find it really odd that Turbine
uses the Configuration class from the Velocity JAR as a core class.
It is currently impossible to run Turbine without a Velocity JAR
present. I am also loath to just duplicate the code. The code in
Configuration is very good--a lot of projects could reap the benefit
of it.
