Updated site.vsl and site_printable.vsl

I've updated jakarta-site2/xdocs/stylesheets/site.vsl and
jakarta-site2/xdocs/stylesheets/site_printable.vsl to use the new Anakia
syntax.

I tested the changes by regenerating the HTML files in jakarta-velocity/docs
directory; the newly generated files are bit-for-bit identical with the old
ones, so I guess I didn't break anything.
