  Removed:     view/lib commons-beanutils.jar commons-collections.jar
                        commons-digester.jar jdbc2_0-stdext.jar servlet.jar
                        xalan.jar
  Log:
  Moved all shared libraries from the subprojects up to the central project
  repository. This prevents having multiple copies of the same library in CVS.
  (makes downloads smaller, eases maintenance)
