  Removed:     view/examples/simple/WEB-INF/lib commons-beanutils.jar
                        commons-collections.jar commons-digester.jar
                        dom4j.jar velocity-1.3-dev.jar
  Log:
  Moved all shared libraries from the subprojects up to the central project
  repository. This prevents having multiple copies of the same library in CVS.
  (makes downloads smaller, eases maintenance)
