I would first rephrase the original English text:

  When a division operation is performed between two integer
  operands, the result will be an integer value, corresponding
  to the truncated value of the division.  Any remainder can
  be obtained by using the modulus (<em>%</em>) operator.
</p>

Now, if you still need it translated, here it is in Spanish:

<p>
  Cuando una operaci&oacute;n de divisi&oacute;n se realiza
  entre dos operandos enteros, el resultado ser&aacute; un
  valor entero, correspondiente al valor truncado de la
  divisi&oacute;n.  El valor del resto puede obtenerse
