JIRA says that you are a member of group "jira-administrators". I've added
you to the group "velocity-developer". (I think you could have also done
that).
Shawn's message showed how to import stuff from Bugzilla, but you need to
know the bugzilla user name and password. If you can find someone who has
that knowledge importing should be straight-forward.

Hey there -- so the Jira project exists, but still trying to get the
existing stuff migrated over. I'd hate to lose the history, but maybe
