I am glad you are not sure. I would agree for a runtime system, but I
would disagree in pretty much any other situation. Of course there is
a problem with people having the skills - but for
handling/transforming content, there is no better way than using XSL!
That was the problem I ran into when doing serious work in this area
some years ago. It's a powerful tool, but when using it for content
layout, it was rare to find people with good visual design skills *and*
the XSL skills...
yea, it's a bummer.
