Handling contract placement, contract to hire (CTH) placement and full time / permanent placement. Gathering the requirements from hiring manager / accounts manager, screening the requirements and then sending it to the team members for fishing out promising profiles within time frame. Helping for understanding requirement to the team and QA or Quality check for resume. Validate the candidate through technical round interview.
