*We have an urgent opening for Avaya Voice Engineer* *and I have sent you a job description ,Please go through it and let me know if you are comfortable with it and also send me your updated resume ASAP as applicable (Updated Resume with your Employer Details* ) . - *Must Have SIP BUILD Experience! * *Location: Horsham, PA but* CAN SIT REMOTELY *Duration: 6-8 months* *Skill: SIP BUILD Experience is a MUST* *Interview Method: Phone* *Job Description : * Voice Engineer- (SIP BUILD Experience is a MUST) *Responsibilities:* · *Assist in the planning, design, and configurationof new, and improve existing telecommunication technology, policies, and procedures to provide effective technology solutions for call center operations. * · *Analyze existing telecommunication technology and research methods of improving existing processes.* · *Perform necessary telecommunication administration procedures including adding, changing, and moving End User voicemail boxes and extensions. * · *Work with end users, business units, and external client technical teams to meet telecommunication needs of all users.* · *Support**Call**Center** end users globally and make recommendations to improve quality, services, reliability, and cost effectiveness of voice communication systems. * · *Obtain cost estimates for telecommunications equipment for projects and obtain approvals for suggested equipment from upper management. * · *Partner with client program managers to ensure the efficient delivery of client telecommunications needs. * · *Develop processes and procedures for the ongoing operation, maintenance, and backup of telecommunication equipment and systems to ensure product and service availability across the company. * · *Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with all applicable International, Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations relating to job duties. * · *Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with NCO policies and procedures.* *Qualifications:* · *Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent in relevant work experience. * · *3-5 years of telecommunications technology development and/or application experience required. * · *3 – 5 years experience with deploying and/or administrating an Avaya SIP environment (Session & System Manager).
