Seeking an Oracle HRMS Specialist with functional & technical skills.
*Lead /Senior Oracle HRMS Functional Technical Resource Location: Fort Lee, NJ Duration: 3-6 Months* *Interview: Phone + f2f or Skype* *Status: EAD/GC or GC or USC* *Responsibilities:* · Lead and participate in requirements analysis, design, development and implementation of enhancements and modules of Oracle HRMS application. Work with the DBA and project lead to ensure that all necessary setup is done in a timely manner for a smooth implementation. · Design and document interface requirements for Oracle HRMS. Develop and maintain the interfaces. · Take ownership of projects to do the analysis, design, development and implementation. Ensure timely execution of various tasks. Provide regular feedback and status about the project. · Provide production support for the application.
