They are looking for a Senior Java Developer to assist in the architect, design, development, testing, and maintenance of J2EE (Java Platform Enterprise Edition) based solution.* *Project:* *They are re-architecting the entire application - API Gateway, which writes services, creates API's, and are consumed by all the other applications. They are trying to use Micro-services and a big data back-end.* * Role:* - *Develop and implement Java software based on approved design.* - *Write new programs or create modifications to existing applications as necessary based on project requirements. Follow established standards for the design, coding, and testing of software.* - *Review test plans, test files, and scripts for unit testing through integration testing. Work with users to validate system testing and conformity with functional requirements.* *Required Skills:* - *6+ years of core java (J2SE) development* - *3+ years of J2EE (Java Platform Enterprise Edition) based middleware* - *Micro-services* - *Spring boot and other spring platform development experience.* - *Kafka or RabbitMQ* - *Cassandra or NoSQL* - *Experience in fine tuning application performance. Knowledge of caching mechanisms(Open source and industry standard practices)* - *Continuous Integration.* - *Strong hands on coding skills and passionate about coding and willing to learn.
