*Location: **NYC, NY* *Terms: Contract* *Job Details:* Roles and Responsibilities: - Expert in Cisco Wireless, Develop wireless network infrastructures and make recommendations on systems design, enhancements and optimization - Diplomatic resolution of client wireless connectivity issues - To communicate effectively and efficiently within the team and across business lines to support incident resolution. - Escalate issues affecting delivery of service to management in a timely manner - Understand and manage the requirements of being part of a 24x7 on-call operation, including but not limited to, shift hand-over, operational advice, guidance, support and escalation - Understand the scope, delivery mechanisms and processes of all Services delivered by Managed Services - Execution of the Managed Services business plan and strategies relating to Engineering. - Proven ability to work well under pressure with time sensitive constraints. *I. Technical expertise:* - *Core R&S, Nexus & Meraki Wireless network, Wan Optimization: Riverbed or any other tool etc.Excellent Comm skills.. they need a vocal person. some exp on running small projects individually..* - Basic VPN & Firewall - a. Thorough knowledge at expert level of LAN technologies (switches, routers, wireless and firewalls) including centralized monitoring and management in large-scale, high- availability environments; - b. Advanced knowledge of large scale LAN/WAN switching and routing implementation and operation with specific knowledge of VLAN, VPN networking; - c. Knowledge of QoS and LAN traffic management techniques; - d. Thorough knowledge of IT infrastructure, TCP/IP, networking and information system security principles, practices and technologies; - e. Understanding of core Internet routing protocols and services; - - II.
