*Job Title: Systems infrastructure Analyst* *Location: Keller, Texas* *Duration: 6 Month possible ext* *Mode of interview Phone then Onsite* SUMMARY: The Infrastructure Systems Analyst is responsible for analysis and integration of private and public Cloud infrastructure and Cloud computing solutions such as Azure IAAS, Azure Pack, Hyper-V, VMWare, OpenStack and HPE. In depth knowledge in high availability, storage and archiving with previous experience with Active Directory, Identity and Access Management and Backup Technologies. BASIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The essential functions, pursuant to the America ns with Disabilities Act, may include the characteristic duties and responsibilities noted herein, however, this list represents examples only, and is not a comprehensive listing of all functions and tasks performed by positions found in this job description. • Implement and support Cloud compute infrastructure vision, guidelines, services and supporting components • Analyze and implement improvements for security, archiving and high-availability. • Work in partnership with Endpoint, Network and Platform personnel and services. • Administer and support private and public infrastructure services • Implement, support and update scripts and catalogs for systems, platform orchestration and automation in partnership with network, infrastructure and platform services • Maintain testing environment for platform and endpoint services • Scaling and resiliency testing in partnership with infrastructure, platform and endpoint services • Administer Hypervisor and system updates and upgrades • Lead and administer Cloud laaS, Backup and Archive initiatives and coordinate closely with platform services • Mentor and support field techs and technical support staff • Ensure secure, consistent and reliable services through ITIL processes • Comply with the Employee Standards of Conduct • Perform other related duties as assigned SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE: • Must possess entrepreneurial skills working in a lean and adaptive environment. • Experience with IAAS and Hypervisor Management and Automation tools • Experience with integrating and deploying compute and storage to Cloud services • Experience administering Active Directory, DNS, DHCP. FTPS, Basic Routing and Firewall technologies. • Experience building scripts for Microsoft PowerShell,JSON Templates, REST API • Experience in Microsoft SQL Server management and server capabilities is desirable. • Knowledge in ITIL practices and CMDB management • Knowledgeable in operating Mobile, Apple and PC software applications QUALIFICATIONS: Education/Certification: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Experience: • 3 years or more experience in data center systems or managing infrastructure platforms • Experience with Microsoft SCCM, SCOM, DPM, VMWare ESX, VSphere or similar solutions • Experience with enterprise class cloud and datacenter infrastructure security • Experience with hypervisors such as VMWare ESX and Microsoft Hyper-V • Experience with high availability and always available technologies • Experience with software defined or hyper-converged solutions • Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio or similar designing and planning tools • Experience in ITIL or Dev/Ops processes MENTAL/PHYSICAL/ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS: • Work with frequent interruptions • Repetitive hand motions; prolonged use of computer • Maintain emotional control under stress • Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds • Sitting for extended periods of time • Occasional prolonged and irregular hours • Ability to work well with others • Occasional district-wide travel -- Best Regards Mohit Arora [email protected] *201-620-9700* ** 152 * -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Vendors" group.
