The first must be a strong .Net Developer and the second one should have good front-end experience. Here is a description of the front-end person: Specifically, we need quality time spent on the organizing, development and more importantly unit testing our browser based code. This also applies to the ability to write clean responsive code for desktop to mobile devices. While mobile is not a priority at this point, we want to take steps that we are forward thinking enough to have our applications are ready when the request comes in. Per your request, here are some skills I would like to go after. Experience with the C#.NET, MVC, WebApi. Experience with communicating with restful services. Expert knowledge of JavaScript with a strong understanding of JavaScript fundamentals such as prototype inheritance, composition, CommonJS/AMD module systems and RequireJS. Must demonstrate ability to write advanced JavaScript beyond jQuery-centered development. Experience working with APIs, either integrating a third-party API or creating your own when necessary. Experience working with HTML/CSS, particularly taking a design and turning it into clean, hand-coded HTML5 and CSS3. Must be able to produce design correct implementations with graceful degradation on all browsers on desktop and mobile. Experience with responsive design for desktop/mobile Experience with any of the JavaScript coding frameworks such as Angular, Backbone, Batman, Knockout, Ember, etc Experience with LESS/SASS Experience with build systems such as Grunt/Node.js, Google Closure, or ANT Thank you!
