Three (3) or more years’ experience (within the past 5 years) in Information Technology 4.2.5.2.2. Five (5) or more years’ experience (within the past 8 years) eliciting, documenting and tracking business, technical, functional and non-functional requirements 4.2.5.2.3. Familiarity with the political, technical, managerial and fiscal environments and the relationships that exist between the State and federal health and human services organizations 4.2.5.2.4. Familiarity with federal IT project management requirements, including program/project oversight, performance monitoring and interpretation of federal guidelines, rules and regulations *Desired Qualification* 4.2.5.4.1. Three (3) or more years’ experience (within the past 5 years) with state procurement and contracting processes. 4.2.5.4.2. Three (3) or more years’ experience (within the past 5 years) of demonstrated expert-level skill in preparing and maintaining detailed funding and budgetary worksheets, including the ability to manage to multiple fiscal year breakdowns (e.g. state, federal, calendar). 4.2.5.4.3.
