*Scrum Master* *Phone and in person* *12 months* *Los Angeles, CA* Long term position in Los Angeles: We currently have a contract opportunity for a scrum master who will lead Agile teams in delivering the project to scope, schedule, and the highest quality standards. *Responsibilities* - Assuming accountability for sprint deliverables - Acting as owner of the sprint planning meetings - Working with the Workstream leads to identify the sprint cards, deliverables, developers, and peer reviewers - Working with Workstream leads to come up with target CLT delivery dates for cards - Planning and facilitating requirements walkthrough and handoff meetings - Tracking the progress of development through daily scrums - Acting as the escalation point and enabler for development blockers - Updating Rally and maintaining burnup and burndown charts - Working with Workstream leads to identify the cards to be swapped during the first ten days of a sprint. Workstream leads are then responsible for change control board approval - Working with leadership on mid-sprint checkpoint - Enforcing review checklist and process.
