Flushing a pediatrics pt.

We have received a 22 month old from another hospital who has a 3 french open ended picc.  The child is receiving TPN 18 hours a day, then locking it for 6 hours. We are unable to get any info on how long the picc is.  We need to know how much heparin and how many units per ml we should flush with.
