We use a central line check list that is completed by the assistant. This
has prompts for when the assistant can stop an insertion and qualifies all
components of the bundle were complied with. All central lines, including
PICCS are then match with a check list to qualify compliance with the check
list. When PICCS are done solo, we use the honor system. I would be happy
to share ours, I believe the IHI web site also provides a sample. Good
Luck, it is well worth the effort.

Subject: central line bundle
when you implement the central line bundle,
What method do you use to measure the compliance?
