We, the picc nurses ( all 2
of us) do all the dressing changes and cap changes.

For those of you who are changing caps more frequently (q 2-3 days) and not
q 7 days with dressing changes, are IV nurses/IV team changing caps or is this a
responsibilty of the floor nurse? We currently change caps with each PICC
dressing change weekly.
