We currently change caps with primary tubing changes on a Q3D schedule..... floor RNs repeatedly were not changing tubings as needed and not labeling them.... INfection control got tired of the education etc not helping thesituation. Jose Quoting Susan Fullana <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>:
