could someone please tell
me how to get to the archives? I have never been successful even
initiating an indepent e mail , unless I add it on another current email.

I know that this has been covered before
on the list, but I am unable to get into the archives to look it up. Can
someone tell me if there is a cut-off for INRs and platelets where you will
not place a PICC line. If so, what levels do you use?
