I would also recommend the 3 M NO Sting Barrier - comes in a 3 pack of
swabs or a bottle with 50 sprays in it - it is wonderful stuff - I recommend it
all the time, maybe I should buy stock!!

Have you attempted to use the "3M Cavilon No-Sting
Barrier film" on the patient's skin prior to placing a dressing? This is
a plastisizer that provides a protectant between the patient's skin and the
dressing is also promotes the dressing to stick to some patients who have
problems. This has been our soloution. Hope this
helps.

Subject: GVH skin problems
Hello All!!
I have a patient with graft versus host disease and all of the
associated skin issues. He has a picc line but we can not get the dressing
to stick to him for any length of time, usually longer than 24 hours. At a
loss for what to do. Please advise if you have any ideas.
